Accounting careers entail the maintenance of financial records for a portfolio of business clients primarily utilizing QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online software. The main objective of this role is to ensure accuracy and completeness of entries to ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers. The Accountant prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statements and other financial reports requested by clients such as costs analysis, revenue and expense projections. The candidate for the Accountant position requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical in this role as it must interact with clients to perform transaction inquiries, follow-ups on pending items, and presentation of reports.

Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager supervises accounting department and develops standards and processes for proper financial information management. Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and preferably a master’s in Accounting. This position requires an active CPA license and a minimum of 5 years of experience that include private and/or public accounting, consolidations, and financial statements audit. At least 2 years of accounting work supervision and managerial experience is also required. This role leads and develops Accounting Staffs and Seniors. It is also responsible for performing project management activities and oversee the quality and timely delivery of work.
